Teacher Leader Reflective Post

It's taken me some time to get started posting only because I've been so bussy. It has been a challenge to manage all of the different school responsibilities as well as my graduate classes, national boards, etc. However, things seem to be falling into place. I have finished my finals and passed all my courses. I now can turn my attention to my national boards and teacher leader.

I am also begining to create a begining technology workshop for the teachers at my school. I'm excited about this activity because, I love technology. I hope to be able to develop an online learning community for my teachers, which is the project that I will be working on for my teacher leader project. I think it's an exciting idea. What do you think?

I completed my CET Training and am mentoring a new teacher. She has never taught before but is extremely eager and willing to learn. I have reviewed with her all of the procedures of the school. However, I have noticed that I need to go over lesson planning with her. I have never really done this before, so wish me luck. I do not understand why it is making me so nervous to observe her classroom. It's like my first day at a new school. Any suggestions?
